Charles, a retired man, takes on a new lease on life when he becomes the mole in a nursing home investigation after answering a private investigator’s ad
After watching the Chilean documentary “The Mole Agent,” he says: “The documentary “The Mole Agent” is powerful because it makes people feel something remarkably similar across all ages, races, and genders, and I describe that feeling in a very understated way, like, “I need to call my mom.” In our show, we tried to do something similar in tone: basically, does our show contribute to that feeling of wanting to call our mothers?
I love Ted Danson!
And he played a very good widower who is stuck in grief after losing his wife.
In typical Danson fashion, it’s funny and silly
This show is heartwarming and portrays the need for friendship, both family and friends, especially as you age after the loss of a loved one.
It’s quick and easy to get into, and all 8 episodes are easy to watch
It’s an easy watch, with easy laughs along with its emotional moments, and I’m looking forward to a second season!
And it doesn’t hurt that it has a great cast!
I’d recommend it to anyone who likes silly comedies but wants to feel good about it.
