James Gunn had pitched ‘CREATURE COMMANDOS’ before taking over DC
It follows a group of military superheroes consisting of a human leader, a werewolf, a vampire, Frankenstein’s monster, and a gorgon. Gunn then greenlit the project himself when he became the CEO of DC Studios.

Creature Commandos is a great show with James Gun as the lead, it has violence, humor, gore, and is packed with thrills. The cast is great, it’s fun to watch from start to finish, great start to the DCU.
Can’t wait for the Superman movie
When I heard that they were rebooting the entire DCU I had my doubts but when they mentioned James Gun’s name in the head seat I was relieved and I have faith in Gun’s direction and I know he will make the DC brand shine. I would recommend you guys to watch Creature Commandos because it is the beginning of the new DC universe and I can’t wait for more to come, James Gun is the right man for the job.
