Arrogant Judge Stephen Mortensen suffers a near-fatal stroke, leaving him partially paralyzed and placed in a nursing home. Restrained by the staff and estranged from his friendly roommate, Mortensen soon runs afoul of the seemingly gentle resident, Dave Creeley, who is secretly terrorizing the home with a sadistic game called “Jenny Penn’s Law” while using his demented doll as an instrument of cruelty. What begins as childish torment quickly escalates into much more sinister and disturbing incidents. When Mortensen’s calls to the staff go unanswered, he takes it upon himself to end Crawley’s reign of terror.
